From May to September, 12 restaurants and 6 selected butcher's shops await you for Trentino Barbecue, many appointments with grill artists and the best meat from Trentino. Booking is recommended.
The butchers will advise you on the cut of meat best suited to your tastes, while the chef will take care of preparing a barbecue to perfection. The rest will be done by the expertise of the wait staff and the locations chosen for Trentino Barbecue.
