Payment Conditions
Cancellation is free if made within the 30th day before the arrival.
From the 29th day preceding the arrival, a cancellation fee is applicable, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of
