Welcome to the Ciccio Family Hotel in Polsa
Do we have rabbits in the mountains?
How many do you want? And there is one particularly kind and friendly: Ciccio!
But don’t mistake him for a mascot or a pet, Ciccio is the director of a super-fun family hotel.
Fun, entertainment, and relaxation
There are play areas both inside and outside the family hotel, because, in fact, without play, it wouldn’t really be family-friendly, right?
Speaking of games: starting from recreational areas with digital and analog games, safe, well-equipped, and always supervised by staff.
There are also “baby areas” for children from zero to 4 years old, with soft toys designed for them. There’s even a junior area with a Playstation 5 (boom!) and other fantastic games for kids. And then, endless green spaces, the air of Trentino, and… a village of rabbits!
Meanwhile, the parents… relax!
The pool, spa with steam room, sauna, and emotional shower are a good way to take a break from the routine, right?
Brand new themed rooms
We’ve never liked identical rooms. We prefer colorful and vibrant rooms.
All recently furnished, checked from top to bottom by Ciccio himself.

Pet friendly, of course
Animals are part of the family, so they are welcome. But then, in a family hotel where the director is a rabbit, how can we even think that dogs, rodents, birds, and crocodiles should stay outside? Oops, maybe we should have a chat with the crocodiles first, just in case.
