Payment Conditions
Confirmation: the booking is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Tourist tax: € 2.50 per person per day (exempt for children under 14 years old).
Availability: Rooms are available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS except for the month of August: Free cancellation up to 14 days before the expected arrival.
In case of cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival, a penalty of 30%, from 7 to 2 days of 50%.
In case of cancellation the day before arrival, no-show, early departure, or late arrival, a penalty of 100%.
CONDITIONS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST: Free cancellation up to 21 days before the expected arrival.
