Payment Conditions
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
The price includes:
- Bed linen and towels;
- Wi-Fi;
- 1 parking space in the garage per apartment;
- Energy consumption;
- Heating (only in winter);
- Fee for final cleaning (€ 50.00);
- Additional bed for children (max 3 years) and high chair on request;
